Shipping

If an order is placed for an item that we have in stock, we will usually ship the order out within two business days. Our regular shipping method is USPS. We cannot guarantee arrival date for any shipment, but we will do our best. If you order an item on back order, we will do our best to get it shipped to you asap. During summer months orders will be shipped Mon-Thur. to decrease the risk of melting the candle by sitting in a hot warehouse.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rate is based on the state where the order is being shipped. You can add items to the cart and select your state to see the shipping costs prior to proceeding to checkout. Free shipping on orders of $50. 

Product Variations

Since this is a handmade product slight variation may occur between candles but will not affect the candles functioning. 

Returns

Returns are granted on a case-by-case basis. Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date and must be returned in the same condition they were received. If you wish to return an item, please email us and let us know prior to sending the merchandise back. In most cases the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For merchandise being returned, credit will be given for the order less the ACTUAL shipping cost. For exchanges the customer would be responsible for the ACTUAL shipping cost from Love You More Candle Co.  back to the customer. Please include a note with the return with your name, phone number, and reason for returning the item. SPECIAL ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Returned products may be charged a 20% restocking fee. 

Refunds

Refunds will be given for returned merchandise only if authorization was approved. Refunds will not be given for damaged or used merchandise. Please specify the reason for the refund request. 

Damages

If there is damage to the package noticed during receipt of the order, please inspect the items with the carrier driver. Have the driver note the damage. Email us with photographs of the damaged products so we can get your replacements out to you. Keep the damaged items for at least five business days in case there is an inspection needed by the carrier.

Privacy

We will not share, lend, or sell any personal information about you — including your name, ISP, email address, address, phone number, purchase history or browsing history — to any third parties. We do store and review this information to help us improve this website’s layout, contents, and shop.
